All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:
Standard Shipping – $12.95
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Includes tracking and insurance
Free Shipping
- Available for orders over $50
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian and remote regions.
International Shipping
For our international clientele:
- Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate
- Delivery times may be extended due to customs processing
Returns & Exchanges
Our refined returns process ensures an experience as seamless as our luxury garments. We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they meet our return conditions.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all tags and original packaging intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain our exacting quality standards, the following items cannot be returned:
- Suits & Tuxedos that have been altered or tailored
- Items marked as “Final Sale” in product descriptions
- Any product without its original authenticity tags
Three-Step Returns Process
1. Initiate Your Return
Contact our Customer Concierge within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
2. Prepare Your Package
Once approved, return your items with:
- All original packaging and tags
- The completed returns form (we’ll email this to you)
- Items securely packaged to prevent damage
3. Ship Your Return

For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
For exchanges of size or color (subject to availability):
- Follow the standard returns process above
- Clearly indicate your preferred exchange item
- We’ll process your exchange once the original item is received
Should your exchange item be of higher value, we’ll invoice you for the difference. For lower value items, we’ll refund the difference.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed with the same attention to detail as our collections:
- Timing: 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Method: Refunded to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Note: International refunds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
