Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items in our collections, provided they are:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all tags and original packaging intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain our exacting quality standards, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Suits & Tuxedos that have been altered or tailored
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” in product descriptions
  • Any product without its original authenticity tags

Returns Process

Our three-step returns process reflects the same precision as our garment construction:

1. Initiate Your Return

Contact our Customer Concierge within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

2. Prepare Your Package

Once approved, return your items with:

  • All original packaging and tags
  • The completed returns form (we’ll email this to you)
  • Securely packaged to prevent damage

3. Ship Your Return

For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

For exchanges of size or color (subject to availability):

  1. Follow the standard returns process above
  2. Clearly indicate your preferred exchange item
  3. We’ll process your exchange once the original item is received

Should your exchange item be of higher value, we’ll invoice you for the difference. For lower value items, we’ll refund the difference.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed with the same attention to detail as our collections:

  • Timing: 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Method: Refunded to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Note: International refunds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Special Considerations

For our international clientele (excluding certain Asian/remote regions):

  • Customs duties are non-refundable for international returns
